everyone is rational about what it is that we are doing at GW - no unnecessary pressure
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is extremely US-centric which doesn't always work well for folks in other regions/time zones. Management does not want to share management roles with senior employees, so we are losing experienced people after 1-2 years. In some areas, people are reluctant to let go of outdates practices
