The opportunities given to people. IF someone comes forward with an idea and they ae willing to take it on, they have the opportunity to make it happen!

The people I work with. Also the path ahead for Guidewire. There are changes, growth and lots of opportunities for people to get involved with different areas of the business.

Approachability -- everyone is willing to help and support each other. We ae also good at holding people to account and not afraid to have difficult conversations when we need to.

Everyone who is here really wants to be here. People enjoy working at Guidewire, and although there are challenges with large cloud programmes people are supportive and are always there to help each other.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
LTI and bonus are great, however, I think it would be good to have the option to take LTI monthly if people chose to, so it would be more part of your wages. The wellness benefit is also great and paid employee Health Insurance in Ireland.
