What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone seems to want to make things better - HR make the employment better; devs make the systems better; managers make working easier; etc. Not always successully, but you definitely get the feeling that they are trying.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very engaged and communicative - even about things that are not usual for a leadership team to comment on like the Russian invasion of Ukraine. They have a clear target for the company and stay focussed on that whilst changing the route to fit with what we learn and changes in the world.
