I am with Guidewire almost eight years. for the First 5 years I loved working at Guidewire but over the last 3 years I have seen a bad change in the culture. There is an increasing tolerance of senior managers who display bullying tendencies

Guidewire needs to keep on par with market rates. Does not need to be a market leader just keep on par
What do you like best about the leadership team?
My immediate line manager sets clear goals and objectives while providing support and encouragment. She is also open to new ideas and constructive challange to esxisting priorities.
