I'm always impressed with their deep domain knowledge, whether in insurance, computer programming, security, and cloud operations. You can ask nearly any colleague anything, and they'll know the answer or help you find it. Great camaraderie!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate their authenticity and vast knowledge of insurance, cloud infrastructure, and their deep care for the people that work for the company. I genuinely believe that I could "knock" on any one of our executive team's doors with an issue and a solution, and they would listen.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our ERG groups and slack channels are upbeat - even when the world news isn't. In addition, just about anyone and everyone at the company will answer a question you have in a channel. It's amazing the help that every colleague across the world is willing to provide.
