All of it, really. But most recently MyTime (unlimited vacation policy). That is IF the company culture encourages its use, especially from leadership. So far it seems they do.
While it remains a highly driven tech company (heavy demands will flux), it seems our leadership (mid-level to executive) strives for balance. Can't always achieve it but they are trying.
