Rational decision-making and people not being afraid to say 'OK we got it wrong, lets change it'

Openness to hear other a variety of opinions from around the world and drive to a better decision outcome as all the various points of view have been considered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love knowing that everyone in the room is genuinely there to come up with the best outcome and is not just trying to push their own agenda. It is very easy to ask for help or to say, I don't understand plese explain it again.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I consider compensation to be more than just money so I would highlight a few points. 1) the flex work/work from anywhere policy 2) time allowance given for volunteer work, 3) financial fairness in terms of Base Pay, Bonus and Long Term Incentive program (Cash & Stock)
