Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Sadly, women are still behind in leadership positions and salaries. Management try new ideas , but not really follow up. Feels like more talking than doing. Benefits are not great. We have complained about medical plans, but we still keep the same plans. Unlimited PTO is great.

My team, and keeping the customers happy.

Base salary is not competitive. It is almost impossible to get an increase.

There is a lot of focus on benefits for new hires. Tenured employees compensation is not comparative
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not much since we went remote. It feels like the focus is on the employees who can get to the office, those who can't really do not have any culture
