in the month of March we had 132 offers accepted. The talent attraction team is doing incredible work. Over 1000 interviews scheduled - we are BUSY and that's a wonderful thing!
What makes you most happy at work?
The work I do - I love my job. My team - Our recruiting team is small but, a mighty team! I am surrounded by the talent of my colleagues. They also inspire and motivate me - I see that DRIVE in all of them, in the work they do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I lost my apartment in a fire in 2021 & Guidewire quickly came to my aid & helped me get in corporate housing till I could find a new place to live. The unbelievable kindness that was shown to me during this horrible time, I will never forget & that's why I LOVE Guidwire & it's the BEST place to wrk
