I joined just a few months ago and immediately started to work on projects. I've been onboarded quickly but I was also given the time to learn and ramp up. I appreciated the immediate trust on my skills and competencies.

Its been more than a year now and even though the honeymoon period is now over, i still love being part of Guidewire abd I see theres a lot of opportunities for me to grow and progress.

The environment is really collegial; everyone supports each other, even across functions. Leadership is accessible, you have the feeling you can talk to anyone as we're first peope and then our job titles. I appreciate a lot the culture of digging deeper for more and better solitions
