I feel like I can make a difference here - the company needs me to contribute and my contributions have a tangible impact on our top and bottom lines, creation of shareholder value.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is collaborative, not jealous, vindictive, or silently (maybe even actively) rooting against their peers as I have experienced in other tech sales orgs. This is the result of leadership, fair comp and equitable opportunity. In other words, the culture drives this dynamic. Keep it up!
