Good transfer of strategic goals. May need more communication on our accomplishment overall.

Some are very efficient and some are not. This can be discouraging for the efficient crowd
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Flexibility in my schedule. Would be even more grateful if I could work from Europe two months at the time, twice a year, I have a remote situation but told I cannot.
