I find my colleagues the best in terms of the personality and collaboration, not only they are humble and friendly for everyday chit-chat and interactions, they are also supportive and resourceful when I seek helps from them.

That I do not have to be so stressed over the work I have to deliver and I can always seek helps from everyone in the company without boundaries as long as they are reachable through Slack.

Our goals for the year are more than clear and the leaders are entrusted to ensure every single person of all level down to a customer support is aware of the company goals and should align our personal career goals with the company's.
