It's an highly dynamic environment. Not a single day is same as the day before.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the Leadership team is able to take up suggestions from employees. I like that the team always keep us informed on any changes they are planning. The team accessible for any queries.The leadership team try to come up with new initiatives and get employees get involved on the same.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I see that other companies pay more compared to Guidewire (but that doesn't make gudiewire a bad employer). I feel in Guidewire, the people department is seen as a last priority when it comes to compensation. I feel the company should work towards making comp at par with the industry.
