Too many unknows at the moment. Global strategy is clear but with so many department structural changes so frequently, it is hard to focus on getting the work done instead of fearing not having a job.

Communication. And constant reorganization is exhausting. Changes are done and then explained instead of the opposite way so nobody knows what's going on and employees lose trust. Bad organizational change management processes.
