The company has a "global" culture and it brings a lot of value when we interact with people from other countries.
What makes you most happy at work?
I've been working for the P&C Insurance Software industry for almost 20 years now. More than happy for having joined the leader!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is telling us the truth - for instance, when there were some lay offs, when the SVB filed for bankruptcy or when we had to increase our profitability. And more importantly, our LT is always open to discuss with everyone.
