When incoming work reduces and I get time for automation and scripting.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Communication, it's very clear (GPMOM) what our company goals are for the year and it's highly visible.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is a close knit 100% remote ops team that bonded through the shared experience of an extremely steep learning curve. I can rely on co-workers to carry the load.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Just the fact that it's positive, there's very little complaining about other teams and all worldwide regions pitch in to get the work done. Handovers calls between regions are a daily activity and provide some social interaction between regions.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
RSU's give us "skin in the game" and a direct interest in the company succeeding in the long term while a bonus gives us a short term incentive to maintain hard work for full year. Health insurance is generous as well
