I have joined Guidewire with so much excitement because Guidewire has very good reputation also i realized we have humongous aws infrastructure , i am very excited but the way the management is going is very poor, not concerned with my work only concerned about slack online status

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My ex-manager was very matured and very knowledgeable person and respect me as an employee and focus on quality of the work and never micro managed me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have 10 years of experience and i have worked as a Operations team lead and trained new hires. I believe i deserve little more of may pay.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Theres no time for anyone to interact with, lot of Mundane tasks, Leadership is innocent of automating and bringing efficiency. If there is more work, leadership immediately think of increasing capacity rather than how to reduce and bring efficiency.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Leadership team should focus on Quality work not quantity. No one talks about automating the mundane tasks. Also, Theres no one to listen, no matter with how much you have experience you still considered as you are no good and you just have to follow the instructions given. Micro Management.
