Being able to have to freedom and resource needed to accomplish daily tasks.

We try our best to support each other event though we do not have enough staff to do our jobs sometimes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like to have an increase since myself and my team members are doing the job of 10 - 20 people and it is only 4 of us.
