Guidewire culture is inclusive and amazing. We are very diverse. We have often have guest speakers on diversity topics.

Easy of access. Our leaders are very easily accessible for anyone via regular meetings. They always ask for feedback. They are honest and direct when we have to deal with challenges.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love my role. I help new hires learn how to easily do their job, how they connect with other team members, and how they can grow their career at Guidewire.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I worked at many larger IT companies prior to joining Guidewire in the same role. Personally speaking, I have not been commiserated as much as Guidewire has my entire career. I worked at many famous IT companies that don't hold a candle to Guidewire when it comes to compensation.
