We work together so well and offer ample support to one another.

Executive and company-wide engagement whether it be ERGs, events, or all company meetings.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness reimbursement, in my opinion. I know not many companies have this benefit.

I love how involved they are. They are active in Slack and seem very approachable as leaders. They explain things in a very respectful and conversational way.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team particularly works and communicates so well together. We always have our bases covered and work as if we were a small agency, constantly playing to our strengths. We are pretty self-sufficent.
What makes you most happy at work?
There is always something different happening and always fun, new projects for me to come up with new ideas for. We are still at the stage where there is a lot of change and it is engaging to help navigate that change.
