What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership team needs to significantly improve their communication by being more transparent about company decisions and providing regular updates to all employees. They should create better channels for two-way communication where employees feel comfortable sharing their concerns.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued because I did not receive any salary increase in the last few years, despite the rising cost of living and inflation. To feel better about my compensation, I would like: Fair salary increases that align with inflation rates to maintain my purchasing power.
