I've been with the company for 7 years now and while not always perfect, I've enjoyed everything done so far. There's still so much to do and so much to learn, but I feel supported by my manager and colleagues and I very much enjoy working with everyone.

We are supporting each other very much. If someone has a too big workload, then someone will step in and help. Our quarterly planning sessions are keeping us connected and we can easily brainstorm and find ways of improving our work.
