besides the toxic positivity, it's good company. not a startup anymore but not an enterprise jet, so just in the right in-between.
the company is fine, but have some growing pains like lack of carrier progression, just standard compensation, no place to expand.
It's a work with a salary that pays the bills. The increasing micro management (like mandatory office presence) will backfire sooner than later
open communication and transparency for the employees
transparency and more or less honest communication
quite open community, the environment is ok
Skillset is very low in some cases
we can work fine as a team
Nothing. It's typical and average for every multi
working from home avoiding the comutee
when i get the monthly salary
The salary is average/slightly above average
Match at least the inflation rate
pretty much enough amount of communication to the employees
They are doing their job
very friendly culture with open minded colleuges and managers
nothing exceptional, pretty much the standards like everywhere in the industry
the whole package meets the expectations and the standards comparing to other companies
very skilled people with the same lever of experience (even from various ares)
It's nothing special (regarding culture and environment). It's the same for every us companies
It's a compensation package, nothing special except the lti,so i think lti is the best part
Less politics and more freedom as we are adults at the end of the day
Working from home is a positicve thing. Office presence is a very negative and unnecessary one
We're acting like a "big family" but it's highly disfunctional. There are barriers between the teams
the salary. it's just a job, no need to be excited, it's enough if you're a professional.
as I'm working on a global team that covers at least 4 time zones I think there is nothing to improve as it's working.
i wondering what type of answer do you looking for. the company culture is pretty much the same at every company. GWre is not an exception.
