besides the toxic positivity, it's good company. not a startup anymore but not an enterprise jet, so just in the right in-between.

It's a work with a salary that pays the bills. The increasing micro management (like mandatory office presence) will backfire sooner than later

Working from home is a positicve thing. Office presence is a very negative and unnecessary one

We're acting like a "big family" but it's highly disfunctional. There are barriers between the teams

the salary. it's just a job, no need to be excited, it's enough if you're a professional.

as I'm working on a global team that covers at least 4 time zones I think there is nothing to improve as it's working.

i wondering what type of answer do you looking for. the company culture is pretty much the same at every company. GWre is not an exception.
