I'm really confused. My title on joining does not really describe the job that I am expected to do. I'll keep at it and hope for the best for the moment but not too motivated for the future.

Clear strategy. Flex work policy in PD.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unfairness of flexiwork policy depending on department is a concern following the initial announcement. Also, not quite sure how accountable I am for certain areas.
