All employees are treated equal and respect each other. A junior consultant can walk around and ask help from an Architect. People help each other out.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is transparent in what they do. They share their data be it good or bad and inform the wider audience what the impact of that data and what their plan is in the future to be better as to not catch people of guard.
