What is the best part about your compensation package?
The LTI is good, but I feel that that is just removed from the base wage and added back to make it sound like a good wage. For example - base salary in competitor 50k. Guidewire chooses base pay of 45k and makes an LTI of 5k, which makes it seem like it's competitive (50k) but actually it's not.
