I got hired during the pandemic, so never got a change to meet my colleagues and team members in person. But, we have had so many virtual gathering that I feel like I really know them. I really enjoy working as it challenges me in a different way every day and there is always something new to learn.

A good private insurance that includes dental and a life insurance.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Team and coworkers great. Executive team not so much, at least in PDO
What are some of the best things about your team?
We help and motivate each other. It's a safe environment to learn, grow and make mistakes.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Executive team salary which is public always going up with a huge percentage. Where the employees get close to nothing
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop micro managing, care more for the employees, not everything is profit and I would like to see executive team to follow Guidewire's 4 core values.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They not only have a clear goal set of mind but they actually care for the needs of their employees. They are clear with us from the beginning and give feedback to each other to improve ourselves and contribute in a better way to the growth of the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is always there to help each other. They treat every member as equal and with respect. We try to work with each other continuously to get a better approach to the problem. We also have a nice working environment and everybody's kind and helpful. We have a great time having coffees virtually
What makes you most happy at work?
I like my day to day job. I get to tackle a different type of problem and work each day. It does not get boring and monotonous, plus I really like the way my colleagues and my manager treat me. We have several interesting projects I can work on and progress in my professional life.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company is very intercultural. We have colleagues all around the world and get to work with them on a daily basis. Now some of them are not just a colleague but a friend. I am glad that I got a chance to get to know them and work with people with so much skills I can learn from.
