All of my coworkers are high performers which keeps me engaged in the work. Everyone contributes and it's rewarding to see our collective efforts result in success.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
One thing I've always appreciated about the leadership is their transparency and authenticity. They take the time to communicate everything including their thought process behind decided and undecided changes. And they do it authentically with a genuine care for how something may affect the team.
