Most of us are very friendly and helpful to each other as well as other teams/customers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The amount of work and work hours exceeds the hours I am paid for. Everyone in my team easily works 50 - 60 hours per week PLUS we are on call after hours. It should be compensated accordingly, but it does not.
