Over all, feeling pretty negative after 5 months. Negatives: Quantity & quality of meetings is horrible. Lack of cross-departmental coordination. Too much empire building & disorganization. Too much tolerance of prima donnas. Positives: salary, benefits, immediate managers, solid business model.
