What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I feel that my coworkers all, intentionally or otherwise, work with Guidewire's values of Integrity, Rationality and Collegiality in mind.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Two years in a row, raises for everyone in PD was limited. Effectively, my costs of living have increased by about twice as much as my raise has.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Guidewire has had a company culture that I was attracted to. Now, with their VPMOM effort, I feel that they have been more clear about identifying business values and we have been better at striving for them.
