The health benefits could be improved, my recent experience with health insurance was not upto the mark and put my health in jeopardy.

It's a big organization working like a startup! Company leaders have given good amount of freedom for the employees to work independently and encourages innovation.

My team works very closely. We have pair programming sessions every now and then. That keeps everyone involved in the all the projects team is working on!
