What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team treats employees respectfully and listens to input regarding both technical and management decisions. Older employees and all others are valued.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The salary, RSU's, and bonus are all reasonably good. The company has been good about providing us with work-at-home equipment during the pandemic.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are all intelligent and emotionally stable, which is a great baseline. We all try to help each other. We do not blame each other. There is no game-playing or jockeying for credit.
