What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency and open mindedness. Through out the 'Black lives matter' movement, we had open discussion on unconscious discrimination and inclusion. These meetings still happen. Talking about important matters like this, creates a positive environment for everyone involved regardless of the topic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Every meetings that we have, are always inspirational and encouraging us to push towards our company goals. During the pandemic period, I felt a good vibe through the company and also confident about our thought process in achieving our targets. This is highly due to our leadership team.
