No one cuts corners and always tries to do their best.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
LIT was great at the time of the offer and thought that the same level can be kept; however, it was not explained at the time that it would usually be significantly less for the next band (i.e. next four years), which was a large disappointment later.
What makes you most happy at work?
The various methods for work that are provided by the company are quite effective (e.g. Zoom, Slack), but the Goal on Workday is not very effective and it must have some additional features like other tools, such as providing examples for each person to draft their own goal sentences.
