Everyone has a say no matter what level they are it in the company. All ideas are taken onboard and everyone has a voice.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Unlike previous companies I worked with no one has a bad thing to say about the company/management. It really feels like everyone is working towards a common goal.
What makes you most happy at work?
The mix of busy days and some quite days when you are on top of your work. Also I enjoy the team get togethers and the small virtual events my management team organize.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very welcoming - I started working with the team when everyone has been working from home. They have been amazing at making me feel part of the team even though we have only met through Zoom calls.
