We have the mindset of we want to see each and everyone in our team to success. This was instilled to us from top down since i first join and that is great to see all of us are in the same page.

The M team are clear with the company goal & vision and put effort to have touch base with the employee top down. Cultivating DIB culture and drum up the effort. However, the effort for team Manager at local office is crucial. They need to adapt to the DIB approach and need more exposure.
