Guidewire has a very open culture. Whether it be peers, managers, etc, everyone offers great insights. We mostly work in short, customer focussed teams solving exciting problems.
Invest in innovation and make innovation as continuous process rather than just one or twice a year hackathon event. Ideas presented in Hackathon needs to be capitalised and implemented.
There should be pay parity between US and EU employees which is not present. Same skills employees in same team with same deliverables should be paid equally (adjusting COL)
One thing that straight away comes to my mind is transparency. The Leadership team is extremely transparent in almost every aspect of work which I didn't see in my past employer.
