The way companies policies are changed, specially in this difficult time. Plus it very important in software industry to be able to accept and adapt to changes .

Everyone in the company seems to have respect for the positive environment that is being maintained by all the employees, and everyone seems to either add to it or not disturb it,
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
When I look into other companies that are similar in terms of revenue, they give a better compensation to employees at similar level. Matching or a gradual increase in compensation would be apricated

Everyone follows companies core values, which was one of the most important reasons why I choose Guidewire in first place. All the team members seems to take an extra effort to help other which is always nice and valuable to have.
