What are some of the best things about your team?
My direct team is collaborative, supportive, and motivating. We have fun tackling and completing projects together, even with the speed bumps that inevitably come up along the way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciate the effort put forth to engage with and actively listen to every employee in the company on a regular basis. In my time here, I've seen things that people care about be taken seriously and acted upon quickly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate having the 3 days of VTO to be able to spend time in my community serving in ways I am passionate. I also appreciate the My Day to be able to take any day for a personal reason outside of regular PTO or Holidays.
