Overall its been positive and love working with the people and the company. Because I'm in a different department, I'm not always included in communications or things the main department is involved in so can feel a little isolating. But heavily involved with my remote team's department.

Ability to contribute to goals.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
This is a difficult question as there are so many tiers of leadership. I represent a separate department within the office so my leadership is different than the leadership I see, support, and work with in the office. I will say across the board, leadership is kind and approachable.
