We are part-time employees. We are conveniently part time when it suits them but for the past year I have not worked part-time hours.
Right now I could make more at a fast food restaurant than I do with my Hallmark job. I do everything I can to help and do my part (though I am severely chronically ill).
We are paid the Ohio minimum wage, which is a joke. We ate expected to do a lot of work, and we are short staffed because no one will work for $10,10 per hour.
There are zero benefits to this position. Currently looking for another job. The expectations are not achievable. The hours have been cut dramatically and the work load expected has been doubled. They still expect a high standard of work yet do not give the time to achieve this.

it is hard to pinpoint the things that are wrong and need fixing because it changes every single day
Review from Sales Dept
Corporate doesn't listen to what customers want and what cards they need. So they settle for what's available.
Review from Sales Dept
cost of product is too high give the online use and costs of other options
Review from Operations Dept
Hallmark is pushing a political agenda and Hallmark Channel has deviated from core family values and clean viewing for ALL members of the Family. They are promoting the world's view and are flipped when opposition arises.
