We are all on the same team working towards a common goal... We all know and cam empathize about the sh*t we deal with!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher salary given the fact that I am expected to be cross-trained and and work several different departments while still being paid a rate based upon one job only
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The store manager was not in during the time of my scheduled interview and I had to come back later in the afternoon to actually get an official interview
