Feeling like i have contributed in a meaningful way AND been fairly compensated.

HR is generally warm and friendly, but they do not care about what is on your resume
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My insurance is so expensive through work but my deductible is so high I can't even use it at my quarterly appointments, I've had to move twice in 5 years because 40hrs isnt enough to make rent in my area
