The store manager is great. But the assistants are awful. Front end alone has alot of flaws. The CSM they appointed, doesn't know how to do her job. You have new hires getting thrown into positions, with little practice. The new assistant csm Trainee knows more and does more than the actual ones.
What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving for the day. Nothing beats clocking out of this high school drama filled day.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to be trained properly. Management needs a complete rework. Alot of the front end is thrown together and no one knows what they are doing. Epitome of "fake it till you make it". Sad.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Actually hire because we want them. Not need them. At this point we will hire anyone. I've got people on the front end sexually harassing other people and management too. No one wants to do anything about it though. Plus a plethora of people who don't care about their job.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
New management. No drama. The CSM and assistants biggest issue is they talk down. Never to thr same position or up to other managers. Therefore it just cycles drama on the floor. IF I DO SOMETHING WRONG. I DO NOT WANT ALL MY CO WORKERS TALKING ABOUT IT. it's one thing if it's management.
