Pay is lackluster for both pharmicist and techs. They do not pay a livable wage for techs. Pharmacists are usually drowning in student debt until their late 30's.

The people we work with is the only positive aspect of the culture of the store.

My direct supervisor is outstanding and tries to get wage and salary increases for the entire team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All things considered, even after being screamed at and belittled, the team itself is positive and always smiling.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If the employer's, CEO and executive team saw how little the "grunts" make and how we cannot hire enough staff due to the wages being so abysmal.
