Poor management, giving increased responsibilities without any added benefits or raise after 9months and has never gotten back to me when I ask about a raise or any benefits.

That for the most part, I am left alone

They could be far more organized and observant, as well as actually helping instead of hiding around the store, avoiding responsibility.
What are some of the best things about your team?
For the most part, my coworkers are chill but I am in my early 20s and currently everyone I am working with is 50+ Up to 70
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I make minimum wage and have been given many many more responsibilities than my coworkers, and have been compensated in no way after almost a year of it. Even after requests.
