at $13.50, i know im overpaid for overnight stocking

I mean it was typical, not much to say either way nothing special

no clue about CEO, management and in particular my manager is amazing and fair.
What makes you most happy at work?
No late trucks for most part, you know what will happen before you show up
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
overnight I may only see my manager twice. thats a positive. I know my job and don't need anyone watching my job.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
coworkers are fine, however once in a while someone is always lazy and you gotta cover for them. Or they get mad you throw their freight for them
