Hannafords does alot for my community, and is open to employee feedback, they try out new systems and renovate their old locations...thus I give credit for. However the turnover rate in management and employees is high due to poor scheduling and burn out.

I love helping people and getting to know all our customers. I also enjoy helping my fellow coworkers do their best.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stable scheduling, work/life balance, being open to real change to implement efficiency based on feedback and data. End micro management within stores and departments.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Due to covid we have not had ANY department meetings and team building activities...this shouldve been CRUCIAL for good teamwork and understanding, during the pandemic.
